Hester Berry visited Scilly with her family so that she could become inspired by the local landscape. She experienced all weathers whilst she was on the islands, including Storm Evert which she beautifully captures here as the waves crash upon Queen's Rocks at Porthcressa, St Mary's. Despite being summer, the night of the storm saw the lifeboat called 22 times and several yachts ran aground causing thousands of pounds worth of damage. Luckily, nobody was seriously hurt.
