Based in Cirencester, Tracey Elphick has strong links to Scilly with family on the island of St Agnes and she visits the islands often. Her work is colourful, experimental and always contains an element of fun. The processes she uses evoke a sense of movement and convey the ever-changing landscape of Scilly.
